Coaching
It doesn’t have to be ADHD
– I’m offering support to adults suffering from too busy a life. AD(H)D (yours / your suspected / your close one’s) might just add to that. I can help. Sessions are tailered to your needs: online, at my place or yours, in a studio… wherever you need support, I can step in. If I can help.
Sessions are tailered to your needs: online, at my place or yours, in a studio… wherever you need support, I can step in.
If it’s broader info about AD(H)D or more of its specifics – we’ll dig through them together: overwhelm, executive functions, sensory overload, masking, procrastination… at home or at work – we can deal with it.
Over the years I have created, learned and earned plenty of successful tools to deal with the oh so many aspects of life and I’m happy to share them with you.
The good thing: it’s stuff that can really make a change. They last for a long while and you can use them over and over whenever you need them. And even better: you know most of it – together we make the beautiful mind you bring work for you – I can help recognize your own resources.
What’s the process?
1. First Date: We get to know each other in a complementary meeting and you tell me what it’s all about. I’ll tell you about myself and my methods. Together we’ll decide how many sessions we need (super flexible here) and agree on price and payment – you don’t have to decide on the spot
2. Define the topic: I’ll help you define what it is you want to achieve in your coaching sessions. Nothing is too trivial or complex – Clearing out the cellar? Plan your daily routine? Your offspring has AD(H)D and it’s disrupting everyday life? Is your job suffering because procrastination and overwhelm suck? … We will handle it
3. Action: During the sessions, we then work on the steps you need to take to achieve your goal. Along the way we use whatever helps you: long or short talks, a walk, music, hands-on tidying up, info sessions – all tailored and mindful of your needs and colorful enough for both of us.
4. Transfer: Towards the end, we work on making sure it sticks – we look at what you need so that your newly found tools stay in your suitcase.
We can’t change the wind, but we can set the sails differently.
